Opportunity Pathways provides leadership coaching, development, and consulting. Our work is built around helping leaders see what they cannot see on their own: the blind spots that shape how they lead, decide, and relate to the people around them.

That work is unapologetically human. We talk about confidence and doubt, identity and transition, pressure and presence, the stories leaders tell themselves, and the gap between how a leader is experienced and how they intend to be experienced. These are real, personal, and often emotional dimensions of leadership, and we treat them with the seriousness they deserve.

What we are

Johnny Anderson and Opportunity Pathways are leadership coaches and consultants. Our guidance draws on decades of professional experience, real-world leadership and sales situations, and a structured coaching methodology. It is intended to support your growth and effectiveness as a leader.

What we are not

Johnny Anderson is not a psychologist, psychiatrist, licensed therapist, licensed counselor, social worker, or certified mental health professional, and Opportunity Pathways does not provide psychotherapy, clinical assessment, diagnosis, or treatment of any mental health condition.

Coaching is not therapy. Although our conversations may touch on the personal and emotional aspects of leadership, nothing we offer is a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or provide crisis intervention.

If you need clinical support

If you are experiencing a mental health concern, emotional distress, or a crisis, please consult a qualified, licensed professional. Coaching can sit alongside clinical care, but it is not a replacement for it, and we will gladly encourage you toward the right professional support when that is what a situation calls for.
