A structured biweekly cadence distributed intentionally over a finite six-month sprint. This includes active, 90-minute core working sessions and targeted intermediate work that is embedded directly into your active execution week—not added on top of it. We anchor the long-term results with post-program checkpoints.
RADICAL HONESTY:
Unsanitized Operational Reality
The unvarnished, raw version of your situation. The exact frame you haven’t already sanitized or rehearsed for an internal corporate audience.
